We will not make you wait unnecessarily for all those beautiful things you have bought. We do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible.
If it takes a little longer, we will send you a message.
Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? Then in most cases it takes 1-2 workingdays to deliver your order. For all other countries the expected delivery time is between 3-7 workingdays.
We ship your order with PostNL, DHL or DPD. Do you live in the Netherlands? Then you can choose your favorite shipping company during checkout. Orders from Belgium will be shipped with PostNL and orders from Germany with DHL.
We will send you a track and trace code to follow your order.
For some countries it's possible to have your order delivered to your nearest Service Point (parcelshop/pickup point). During checkout select 'Service Point Delivery' on the shipping page. After completing your purchase you will be asked to select a Service Point.

This option is only available for: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Denmark and France.
As of July 1st, 2021, new rules regarding VAT apply to all orders. From this date on we are obliged to apply the VAT rates of the country of the recipient (most likely, the country you live in).
All prices on our website include the VAT rate of your country. However, it is possible that the prices are not displayed correctly due to your browser settings.
