Are you not happy with your purchase?

Then we are not happy too. We are not making it difficult for you to return your product. But there are a few conditions:

  • Return the product within 30 days. The return period starts at the day you receive your order.
  • The product is in it's orginal packaging and is unused.

What return options do I have?

You have 2 options within 30 days of receiving your product:

  • Exchange your product for a new one for free;
  • Return your product for free and get a refund.

Products purchased with a giftcard can also be returned. The purchase amount will be transferred on a new issued giftcard.

How do I return my products?

You can return your product in our returnportal. The only thing you need is the track & trace number of your order.

Do I have to pay for my return?

No, we don't charge you for returning your product. In the returnportal you can print a returnlabel for free.

How fast do you handle a return?

We will handle your return within 2-3 bussinessdays from the day we receive your package. Save your track & trace code, just in case something went wrong during shipment. It takes approximately up to 3 businessdays to transfer the refund amount on your bank account.

How about giftcards?

Pretty simple actually. In case you (partly) paid with a giftcard, you get a brand new one! We will of course refund any remaining amount to you.

What is the returnadres?

The returnadres is automatically filled in for you as soon as you registered your products in our returnportal.

I don't know my track & trace code

Are you a registered customer? Then you can find your track & trace code in your order history on your account page.
